  1. Ecoboost 42 MPG!

Just drove back home from Annapolis MD to Smithfield VA. Speed limit plus 5. Impressive 39MPG! Lariat Eco Lux AWD. Love the efficiency of this truck and translating to 602 mile range!
  2. PERFECT rear seat cover found! No more dragging rifle cases right over my nice "leather" seats!

Thanks for the post! Just ordered! I always wanted to be a professional shooter!
  3. Loud Buzzing from Speakers on Start

Yes, 23 model built in March.
  4. Loud Buzzing from Speakers on Start

I’ve had this happen once in my Lariat Lux Eco AWD leaving Lowes a couple of weeks ago. No sound at all on any app, sat or radio. Same sound as you describe on start up. I rebooted the screen several times but It didn’t come back to normal until I got home and restarted the truck. I was about to...
  5. Ready for mountain getaway! Roofnest RTT installed on Voodoo Fabrications crossbars + RetraxOne XR tonneau cover

I like them. I think they look great on the Maverick and they are solidly built in the USA. Worked great with my RTT. I’d buy them again.
  6. Ready for mountain getaway! Roofnest RTT installed on Voodoo Fabrications crossbars + RetraxOne XR tonneau cover

I really like the Retrax, it's a hard cover, looks good and has the T Slots for bars and accessories. Yes, the canister takes up a bit of room, but I can handle the trade off. I'm pleased with the Voodoo Fabrications bars I'm using.
  7. Ready for mountain getaway! Roofnest RTT installed on Voodoo Fabrications crossbars + RetraxOne XR tonneau cover

Thank you! Not bulky and gaudy is exactly how I feel about my Lariat and the set up compliments that look. I'm not an off-roader so I'm not concerned with big tires and lifts and a big overloading look. Everyone has a different need, want and use case for their truck . I love my Maverick set up...
  8. Ready for mountain getaway! Roofnest RTT installed on Voodoo Fabrications crossbars + RetraxOne XR tonneau cover

Great answer! Personally, I want to be up off the ground, and this tent can be deployed in about 2 minutes. This soft tent is new for Roofnest and it only ways 90 pounds so we can handle it without having to install a hoist in the garage and I can store it in the shipping box it arrive in right...
  9. Ready for mountain getaway! Roofnest RTT installed on Voodoo Fabrications crossbars + RetraxOne XR tonneau cover

I’m 63 and had no problems. Fortunately it’s not very high off the ground like a roof mounted tent. Slept comfortably in it the last two night nights. A screen on each of the 4 sides provided a lot of ventilation.
  10. Ready for mountain getaway! Roofnest RTT installed on Voodoo Fabrications crossbars + RetraxOne XR tonneau cover

New Roofnest Meadowlark installed on Voodoo Fabrications crossbars on a RetraxOne XR retractable cover on my 23 Maverick Lariat AWD. Headed to the Shenandoah Valley next weekend to break it in!
  11. Calculations to help your Hybrid vs. EcoBoost Maverick decision

Math is fun. However, at 8500 miles with 85% highway miles, I'm averaging an overall 34MPG on my 23 Lariat Ecoboost AWD. I've achieved 40MPG on 350 mile interstate drives at speed limit +5 with adaptive cruise and lane keep engaged. Fuel costs between hybrid and eco will vary widely depending on...
  12. 2024 Trax / Envista, Thoughts?

The first drive videos on the Trax are overwhelmingly positive by the reviewers I regularly watch. I believe GM will sell boatloads of them given it’s content and price.
  13. Added Voodoo Fabrications cross bars and Musology mud flaps today!

Thank you, your presence on the forum is much appreciated, and thanks for making such a versatile, efficient, and good looking vehicle like the Maverick. It’s my first truck in 48 years of driving and my first Ford since 2005. I absolutely love it! The highlight of the day was getting a verified...
  14. Dissapointing MPG for Hybrid at 85MPH

I'm happy with my 2.0L AWD getting 37.7MPG @65-70MPH on a 325 mile interstate drive last week.
