I have a large hand-crank radio/flashlight that has a flashing bright white light mode. I've never had to use it in an emergency, but I would think it would be a very effective warning signal at night.
While checking for parts for a Honda Civic I have, just out of curiosity I checked for Maverick parts too.
I found it interesting that none of the five largest salvage yards near me have a single Maverick on the lot. I guess that's a good sign? :)
I've got an idea, I'll drill a hole in the wood and insert a 2 1/2" screw or bolt or whatever. It won't be a secure connection, but at least it'll keep the wood from shifting and bouncing around.
Noob here, trying to set up some cross bed dividers and I'm not sure what Ford had in mind with these holes in the bed.
Am I supposed to somehow secure the 2x4 or 2x6 to the bed using these holes?
What am I missing here?
Thanks.
Just wait until the plastics industry starts adding super-strong, heat resistant graphene to the plastic batches.
Here's one example in the pipeline. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/hydrograph-certifies-broadway-qualified-compounding-130000706.html

As a veteran automotive technician, I think it’s an outrage and so wrong that a 50K truck would have a plastic engine oil pan and drain plug! And also plastic transmission pan, valve covers, intake manifold and...
New Mav owner here, I'm stocking up the truck with a small tool kit to take on the road,.
I've got the standard metric wrench and socket kit, screw drivers, etc. and the Torx+ driver bits.
What's the one tool that I'm likely to forget to pack to take care of maintenance or get me out of a jam?
