    I received two of these emails, probably because I received two confirmation emails back when I ordered. I like they titled it "An important update about your order" , when the body of the email basically says "there is no update"

  6. Order confirmed email from Ford

    Something similar happened to me, but it's even more strange. I went to dealer and went through most of the process, but told them to hold off until I could verify cost of installing dealer option. By the time I got home I had 2 confirmation orders from Ford. Weird. I went back a week later...
