    Ford has basically forced customers to place multiple orders with different dealers to hedger their bets... How is any customer supposed to know how many orders a dealer has taken vs allocations, or if a dealership is on Ford's naughty list and will receive reduced allocations??

    Some dealers completely screwed up the transition from ‘22 to ‘23 orders. Guessing that is what is being referred to.

    The order banks were initially supposed to be in July last year also, then it was pushed to August, then finally to September. So you know take this initial date with a grain of salt.

    The only reason i approached some one was because my wife really wanted to do a walk around of the vehicle. She’s highly confused that you can’t go to a dealer and see one or test drive.

    Mine hasn’t updated either and i got the email with a May 22 scheduled date that I confirmed with my dealer.

    They EcoBoost delay makes no sense to me... they must be building a ton of fleet, but why delay the retail orders if you don't have to.

    Yeah, the first time i checked the tracker after i received the email last week it showed as scheduled, since then it has gone back to saying Ordered. I wouldn't worry since this seems to be a common occurrence.

    Have you seen any change on the tracker yet? Mine shows the vin but only says order received. the email had a build week of May 22.

  16. Maverick Hybrid is inherently flawed (but I still love it)

    Even my prius will not cruise at highway speeds on electric alone, this is generally limited by the computer. But that doesn't stop it from getting fantastic mpgs.
