I know that I am living dangerously but extended warranties have never paid off for me! My last Truck ( 2004 Dodge Ram ) that I kept for 19 years and got by just fine without it. That Hemi just kept on ticking! ( The famous Hemi Tick )
Mine was brown with the white pin striping followed by the 340. It had the big Carter 4 barrel carburetor that roared when I stomped it! Sure was fun to drive!
Mine has become a Garage Queen as well partially due to the high cost of gas! I refuse to pay over $4 per gallon!! My Wife keeps saying we need to sell the Truck but as long as I keep doing projects around the house I intend to keep it and have no desire to buy anything else.
I drive like that myself but still average around 28 mpg. I like to punch it from a stop sign and then coast up to the next one if no one is behind me. We used to have a Cmax hybrid and averaged 44 mpg with it.
Yeah, I did a road trip out to Oceanside a couple years ago. First time I ever paid over $5 a gallon!!!!! I can understand why so many people drive EV’s there!
I got mine in the mail yesterday. It’s been a while since I’ve towed anything so not that concerning to me. Still haven’t done the airbag recall.
I was just wondering where you go biking? We have done various trails from Sanibel island all the way up to Jacksonville. We went to Key West last week but I didnt take the bikes down there.
I’ve done 5 oil changes all without removing the rear skid plate. Most of the mess comes from filter removal but you just need to place a rag underneath it and on top of the larger plate.
Just completed oil change #5 on my FX4 and yet to smell any oil. I use rags around the drain plug and filter to absorb any oil that could get on top of the skid plates.
