I thought the ride on my 25 Lariat was going to be worse than my 23 (with 18" BAP wheels) due to the larger 19"wheels. To my surprise, I feel like the 25 rides nicer. It could be the extra 30k miles on the 23, but I don't find it bad at all.
I actually like the2025 19" Lariat Wheels better than my 18" BAP wheels from the 23. The BAP on my 23 is more of a matte finish and hard to keep looking good, or maybe I just don't like the dull look.
Yeah, I was bummed. This was on a brand new vehicle that I told the dealer not to prep or run through a tunnel wash. I did a hand wash and also decon with Chemical Guys Iron Remover prior to applying the Hydroslick. I am planning on ceramic coating it this summer. Currently, I'm getting great...
Interesting. I was sold the same stuff last year at my local Chemical Guys store and put it on my Atlas Blue. I thought it had very poor performance for shine and very little water beading. I applied it a 2nd time 3-4 months later and got the same results.
I think this is the very first enclosure I've seen to utilize that bit of extra space under the trim panel at the edge of the seat. I wish someone would make a form and sell an enclosure like this with different front baffle options for single/dual subs.
In Michigan, where it's just now getting above 40 degrees, I'm getting about 33 city and 28 highway. I am not driving in eco mode and trying to squeak every MPG out of it though. Most say that city MPG should be closer to 40mpg when the weather stays above 60F.
Most stock radios, even aftermarket aren't more than 15-20 watts rms. Best bet is to find efficient speakers (high sensitivity rating = louder on less power) that sound good. Infinity and JBL are pretty popular budget options.
Any discounts that will work on the new 900 Pro tri camera system? Also, in the cabin 3rd camera system, is that a separate camera, or just front of the mirror mounted?
Hello there Michigan neighbor. I also got my first hybrid this year in the end of January. I am seeing the same as you are. On the highway, if driving over 70 mph, it doesn't use the electric motor at all. I am averaging about 26-27 MPG. In the city it's doing better, but still only getting...
This is my first Hybrid, and I just picked it up in the end of January in MI. We are having very cold temps (except this week). I expected that I would be able to drive the hybrid with the same habits as I drive my 23 EB AWD and get better mileage. This is definitely not the case. All the...
If you are mostly highway and like to drive over 70mph, stick with the ecoboost. You will use all gas at that speed, especially towing, and the 2.5 doesn't seem as efficient as the 2.0.
It is definitely not an easy/cheap upgrade to integrate into the factory system. I miss the days of swapping out a head unit and being able to just add amplifiers from there.
