I wouldn't be so apprehensive about pulling the bumper cover off. Hardest part for me was getting the side marker light harness disconnected. Scariest part was popping the grille trim around the turn signals. It's probably easier with a second set of hands, but I did it myself just fine.
Don't be too worried about removing the front bumper cover. Kind of fiddly work, but not difficult at all. The second and third times are even easier. If you can get the JJC LLC brackets, they are 100% worth it--perfect fitment, excellent quality.
Typically, anything from Ford Performance that they sell as "warranty friendly" needs to be installed by an authorized Ford Performance installer or dealer. Take that as you will.
Bumper cover needs to come off, grill insert gets removed, holes drilled for LEDs, then reassembled. Leads for LEDs bundled and wire-loomed, then run out behind headlight. I put a DT connector on the end. Then opposite DT connector ran to a plug-and-play adapter for the DRLs (I have a Lariat).
Oznium 6mm bolt lights in amber, Diode Dynamics SS3 combo beams and SSC2 amber fogs on JJC brackets
And switches in brake controller panel; these control the driving lights and ditch lights. Plus OEM F150 headlight control with foglight switch with BCM mod.

Larger, more efficient intercoolers are not about making power, they are about sustaining power. EcoBoost 2.0s tend to heat soak badly, even after just one pull; this intercooler will help stabilize your intake temps. Adda tune, and you'll make consistently more power.

Thanks for posting this. Mine will be going on in the Spring. I caught it on sale before Christmas, and with a code that I found on YouTube, it brought the price down to like $419 shipped--I couldn't pass that deal up. The current AFE Rebel Side-Exit will be up for sale once the Thermal is...
Then in that case...no. I have, in the past, with both my old Escape and with my Tremor, and for that matter, all of my Subarus, jacked them up by the RDU case, but it's not recommended, and I try not to do it that way. The only recommended points are the pinch welds at the points marked by an...
I currently use the magnetic pinch weld pucks from Amazon with my floor jack. But if Steeda can get their jacking rails developed for the Maverick, that is soooooo much easier.
