The truck is scheduled to go into the dealership for them to determine what is making the rear cabin creaking, during which time I'll get a loaner. I'll follow up once I learn more.
After more testing it's definitely something in the rear cabin wall, possibly involving the rear window.
I lifted the truck and applied silicone lubricant to all the rear suspension bushings I could reach, then lowered it back down. Zero change to the noises.
It could absolutely be bushings, but it didn’t make any noise for around 9,500 miles lowered. Being the prototype truck, Fortune Auto installed the coilovers themselves, so hopefully they considered the loosening and torquing under load.
Either way, I actually hope it’s the suspension because...
I'm chasing a creak on my 2025 Maverick Lobo (spray-in bedliner since new, no tonneau cover) with 11,000 miles. Hoping someone has isolated something similar.
The issue is a consistent creak from the rear cab wall, the panel behind the rear seats. It happens on bumps/dips and at highway speed...
I'm following up with my contact at Fortune Auto and will reply again as soon as I hear back. Last I spoke to him, they were supposed to be shipping like my setup without the camber plates (since you can't access them anyway with the enclosed strut towers), and with the isolators.
I kept the ride height where it was to avoid rubbing at full compression of the struts - the wheel wells of these trucks don't give the most breathing room, and I couldn't go much lower due to my driveway. There's definitely room to physically go lower by at least a little bit. I'm not sure how...
Sorry for the delayed response, my contact at Fortune Auto says that while you CAN order them with the adjustable plates, that's not how they come by default. The aforementioned setup (camber plates removed, isolators added) are how they come.

This exhaust was purchased for test fitting on a 2025 Maverick Lobo. It sounds good, has a midrange aggressive tone, not too loud of volume, but too much drone for my taste. The best part about this exhaust is that it eliminates all piping behind the muffler...

This exhaust was purchased for test fitting on a 2025 Maverick Lobo. It was installed and used for about a month. It's got a good, lower tone than factory. Not loud by any means.
This exhaust does NOT fit the 2025 models, it's for 22-24 Ecoboost only. The '25...
I’ll reach back out to my contact to get the latest update on offerings and configuration options.
Without the strut tower opening being large enough to access the additional adjustment the plates give you, coupled with the insane amount of NVH they bring, it doesn’t seem like a great default...
I've only had the 4K springs up front on my prototype setup, so I don't have a comparison. I can't imagine 5K would be all that much harsher, so long as you're on the softer side of the rebound/damping adjustment.
I'm running the default springs, we wanted to start there before testing any...
The alignment was more challenging than expected, for a few reasons:
It doesn't appear that Ford has released the alignment specs for the 2025 models. Multiple shops with multiple alignment systems couldn't get any updates for the 2025-specific models like the Lobo and Tremor. So, had to use...
