For which install? None of them are necessarily complicated, just time consuming. But that also depends on how meticulous you are with hiding wires and such.

This is fairly common practice with them lately. I used to be a huge Panda supporter a few years ago, but it seems like over the last 2 years they've been moving in a different direction. Long lead times for shipping and hitting people with a restock fee for canceling orders even before they ship.

I completely understand the frustration. At least you were able to get one of them fixed. I actually lost a low beam on my passenger side. Customer service is top notch, and I'll be getting a replacement. But now I have to wait for them to come off backorder, which could be another month or 2...

Selling my Diode Dynamics front turn signal switch back bulbs (white/amber) and rear reverse light bulbs. These were on my truck for less than a year and work as normal. The switchback bulbs are $80 new, and the reverse bulbs are $70 new. Asking $90 shipped for both

It's only been 3 months as of tomorrow. They were officially released to order on 2/19. They got way more orders that expected, it's not really dishonesty. But I do think a little more communication on lead times would help ease some tensions.

Might as well order directly from the SOURCE (OEM+) so you can get the best customer service. Sam is super helpful with any questions/issues.
