I also like them. They're quiet, comfortable, OK in rain and seem to be good for fuel economy. I also like that Goodyear made custom molds for the 19" Maverick size, with bigger lugs on the sidewall that makes them look almost like an A/T tire.

Camber bolts cost peanuts, you have to remove those bolts anyhow in order to install the springs, and they'll allow you to set your camber perfectly. I just don't see a good reason NOT to install them
That guy's braver (dumber?) than I am ... there's probably 3000 lbs on the gooseneck, that cradle could've easily crushed the roof straight onto his head
If you're still on 225s, going to 245s should net you about an extra inch of width and probably more if you get "fat" 245s so you'll be around 65" wide.
