  1. Is 4k Towing Package Worth It

Old Ford guy is spot on regarding co-pilot 360. I never dreamed how often I'd use & appreciate those features. I have the 2025 Hybrid AWD 4K tow. I seldom tow anything anymore, but I have in the past, & may in the future. I also quit saying 100% chance Yes or No anymore - so having that towing...
  2. HYBRID 12V Battery Mystery SOLVED

Yes, F11 is plugged in and AT&T service is excellent where we reside in KY, where the Mav is parked, just inside pole barn. I'm going to use my NOCO 5 to charge battery for a day straight, try the hack with lights, check resting g 12v with hood open after Mav sits over ight, etc; to see if...
  3. HYBRID 12V Battery Mystery SOLVED

I accept that I may be lucky at this point. Also on my side is stable operating environment compared to folks living year round either too far North or South, temperature extremes. We spend six months in Kentucky, six winter months in south Texas.
  4. HYBRID 12V Battery Mystery SOLVED

Indeed Andy there were some mid year changes in 2025. My resting voltage (hood opened for a day or so), is not as high as yours, more like 12.4. And I've never seen more than 14.5V charge, usually 14.3. I will begin using lights while driving to see if there's any change. Cheers! Ken
  5. HYBRID 12V Battery Mystery SOLVED

Great knowledge base on this forum, this topic no exception. Most posters have 22-24MY Mavericks with FLA OEM installed batteries. I have a 25MY hybrid purchased April 2025, OEM equipped AGM. Currently have 13k miles, never a 12V problem. My car scanner shows consistant 14.3V charging voltage...
  6. 2026 - lane KEEPING vs lane CENTERING

Yes, I frequently turn it off, fighting steering is distracting, tiring, & can't be good on steering components. Thanks.
  7. 2026 - lane KEEPING vs lane CENTERING

Agree. However I do get a tad confused with lane "centering" vs "keeping"? I use Adaptive cruise w/lane keeping on road trips most of the time. If needing to take eyes off road for a moment, I ensure there are distinct lane markings ahead, & trust the system to keep me in lane while I open a...
  8. More Math Mayhem

    This is correct, basic math.
  9. Auto hold

My25MY Mav was on dealer lot by March 2025. My salesman held it for me for a month before I could return to Louisville to pick up late April 2025. So it was an early build? I've been backing trailers, travel trailers, 5th wheels, since we started RVing in 1981 so I don't miss it. Had this...
  10. Ford Maverick then vs now — same name, totally different vibe 😂

I had a 70' Maverick, 2-door, gold color, then a 1971 4-dr Maverick this same green color. That 6 cyl engine was so incredibly simple to work on & so tough.
  11. Auto hold

Not unless you have the trailer assist feature as you show. Glen Baker in post #5 shows the location I have - 25MY Lariet Hybrid, 4K tow package, but No trailer assist. Auto Hold button can obviously be located several different locations. Maybe they move "Auto Hold" depending on paint color 🤔.
  12. Auto shut off

Good point, tks for reminding me. Better to delete it with ForScan or the switch. Forgot about the BLIS & rear sensors.
  13. Break in period?

Glad you guys are saying g Bourbon, it Whiskey! Being from KY MUST be bourbon, whiskey word a no no.
  14. Auto shut off

Forscan can permatently delete it. I've done it on four Ford vehicles ranging in years from 2016-2025. No hardware change. If you have tow package I've heard plugging in a trailer dongle (7-pin or 4-pin) will accomplish same thing, truck thinks you're towing a trailer, inhibiting Auto Shutoff. I...
  15. Sunroof Option

That's what I do. Open rear sliding glass and crack moon roof. Best air flow, very nice.
