Would like to say thank you to p99guy and his associate on providing me with with interesting product that all Maverick's should have from factory. It protects interior of the bed door from all the debris That will eventually will end up in the metal door.
Awesome product.

Looks great, but what about the square hole right next to this one? Does it cover both? Can't tell for sure for the angle of the picture.

And ... how would we get one?

It covers both holes. If you look at @Mightybeast 1st picture, there are 2 small tabs on the left. Those snap into the smaller of the 2 holes. @P99Guy is currently working on product testing (he is a 3D printing machine!) since I don’t have my truck yet. When he feels like it is done, we should be able to make them available.
thanks @Mightybeast for posting some pictures!

I didn't know I needed this, or that there was a hole there.

But if you have the B&O system, you also have a hole under the 6x9. Whatever lead to the decision to make the floor board a "bandpass" solution truly amazes me.

Actually, saying that makes the tailgate hole seem like less of a drain solution for excess moisture and more of a "we can't be bothered to cover this hole up" solution for the tailgate...

Yes it does. Both holes nice and flash. Fits like a hand in a glove.

Drain holes are the same as on on normal door. Every 6–8inches on outside layer. These a service holes. Unfortunately, lots of large debris like stone, dirt and leafs are getting there.

Awesome! Thanks for clarifying that. I'd like to buy one if they are available. Did you use anything as a rust prevention before applying the cover?

:unsure:Any clue to why Ford went to the expense of punching such a big hole in the first place?
Think I'll just use a flexible rubber flap secured under the plastic tailgate protector if it becomes a problem.
I like ventilation and will be venting the bed cubbys (2) with 2" SS soffit vents as well. I'm that guy you see with the window down, arm out on 20 deg days 😁

Yea I'll have to check mine next time I wash but I honestly don't suspect it being an issue for me either. If I get some debris on my fingers when checking then I may consider plugging it. Flex tape is good for that kind of stuff lol, but it's probably the same cost as someone selling a 3d printed cover on etsy too.

I will have a vented option as well, once complete.
