And I got questions.

First, how do I turn on the heated mirrors?

Next what are the noises I hear just walking around the car when it's not running? For example: I unlock the door and hear the usual click. But then I might hear other clicking a few seconds later.


Finally... Is there any trick for getting scratches and scuffs out of the interior plastic.

I've had it 3 days and love it, but these are the things that have cropped up.

this is normal, It does this when you get into the "PROXIMITY" of the maverick! " NORMAL"

That's what I assumed but when I get in proximity I"d assume it would unlock the door for me. But it doesn't. Is there a setting?

That's what I assumed but when I get in proximity I"d assume it would unlock the door for me. But it doesn't. Is there a setting?

no you just put your hand onto the door handle or touch it where the door/handle has the little lines on it and it will unlock! "OH" i see that you have a X L T it does not come equit with this , it has to be a lariat

Okay... a couple more questions:

1. Any trick to keep the smudges on the screen away?
2. Anyone know a good, worthy screen protector that maybe doesn't get as smudgy?

Sorry... More questions.

1. Is there any way to have the 12 volt (aka cig lighter) turn off or is it always on?

2. This is a big one: the couple days I've had the vehicle I have noticed an issue with charging my phone. Since I have to have it plugged in to use Android auto, my phone is constantly overcharging. Is there any way to toggle the charging part off? I mean plug it in and choose whether I want to charge, or just use Android auto.
