Yes it is. With a 70HP Yamaha 2 stroke. Runs great!

That's cool. We have a '71 Starcraft 18 foot Offshore V one with the original (rebuilt) 120hp MerCruiser I/O my dad and I restored completely about 10 years ago and kept it up meticulously since. Its similar to yours (like a super sport) just with a little higher sides. Its perfect for Great Lakes type use. It was that weird olive color green factory color with the black gunnels and we decided to repaint it all in the same color to keep it original after we did all the work to it and it was a TON of work. Even the seats and interior got put back all in the original green colors and as close to OEM materials and we could get. Nothing is cooler than a deep V aluminum boat for the ride and sound it makes.
