Is there no longer Ford Chat? All week I’ve tried to use chat and there’s no option online? Just a section to call them.
I chatted with them Thursday. Use the search function on their site and search for chat.

I’ve tried on my work computer as well thinking was just my cell phone and the chat option is gone. Just a phone number to call. Assuming they got ambushed with too many chats and calls so had to narrow it down to only one way to communicate?

Possibly, or it is down for maintenance 👨‍🔧. Either way they aren’t that helpful. They can give you a date that will likely be pushed back 3-5 times. There just isn’t a lot of information for them to give us.

Ordered mid July 2021. Was supposed to build this week ( 6/20 ) but got called 2 weeks ago saying it was pushed back to week of July 4. Cactus gray hybrid, XLT lux, co-pilot 360.

Looks like I may take delivery about 54 weeks after ordering. Maybe.

Just got another call from dealer saying now I'm pushed back to last week of July. ##$(*&(*&@@#

Yes been told two different things when I call them. Patience hasn’t always been easy for me but guess will have to since so many unknown factors.

You are asking about allocations in the photo. Did you ask specifically about your truck? They don’t have details on allocations. Literally all they are going to tell is you have an order if you don’t have a VIN.

I guess a step could be to call the regional manager
