Hey y'all! Greetings from Texas!

Maybe I'm just green to this forum, but I couldn't find a thread discussing which accessories are a 'no-brainer' to buy directly from ford (assuming in-stock, and aftermarket has no crazy discount)?

For example, the Ford floor liners I've heard are worth it, but the bed covers are better with regular discounts elsewhere.

My order hasn't been built yet, and I'm not planning to immediately purchase any accessories even when I pick it up, but knowledge is power for when I do decide to purchase something.

Some items I've been eyeing: splash guards, floor liners/mats, wheel/lug locks, tailgate assist, bed nets, tonneau covers, seat covers.

Any help or linked threads is appreciated!

I think you can find almost all of that aftermarket for cheaper and potentially better quality. Some things on Ford accessories are Maverick branded which I personally like. I have the OEM mats, front splash guards, tailgate letters, sill plates, and sunshade.

I agree, I prefer the Ford stuff.

Definitely get the trailer hitch receiver with flat 4 light hookup for $100 (that price may have gone up). My dealer told me that could delay delivery, so I canceled it. After I got my Maverick my dealer said that it would cost $810.00

Got the XLT Lux package, so I think it comes with. Not really planning to tow heavily since I ordered the hybrid, but maybe a bump step or something there could be useful.

So far I've gotten all of my accessories from Ford except for the tonneau cover: front and rear splashguards, bed mat, tailgate liner and floor mats. Of course, the Ford Pass Rewards helped make these purchases.
Next on my list is the cubby for the driver's side from Ford, and my bed lights and bed power panel (Blue Seas Systems 4363) will come from Amazon.

Good point on the Rewards $. Gotta use it somehow :)
