Where are you people getting your Panda pricing. I see this price for upgrading to 8" Sync 4:

$649.95

Panda Motorworks 2022-2025 Maverick Lariat Lux Sync 3 to 4 Conversion Kit
$ 649.95 USD
You aren't selecting the 12" screen upgrade option.

I bought 2025 xlt ecoboost a month ago with luxury and tow packages. I was disappointed about 2 things, no built in GPS, and no option to play music from a usb stick. I added a Garmin smartdrive 86 gps for $300. I would love to play my usb tunes but I don't see that this upgrade allows for that. Has anyone found an upgrade for usb capability?
Garmin GPS….. people still use those in cars? I haven’t seen anyone with one in 15 or so years. Everyone just uses their phone.

USB music stick…. People still use those in cars? Streaming services made it so much cheaper and more convenient that everyone just uses their phone to stream music.

Your phone gps is worthless when you lose cell service. I don't think I can load 3000 songs on my phone without burning up all of it's memory. SiriusXM is a frigging joke, it loses the wimpy satellite signal about every half mile.

Look into offline maps with Google Maps. It will download the entire region of your specified area and save the data to your phone so you still have GPS even if you lose service. It's a good Fail-Safe and doesn't require you to bring an additional device with you.

Unless you are buying budget phones with barely any storage, 3,000 songs on the device directly is nothing.

Nice looking product and the install looks really easy. However, it seems that it will be prone to inflicting great pain to my wallet

Not sure what phone you’re using, but iPhone has a built in GPS receiver, so you don’t need cell service.

I use onX off-road. There’s a button to download map for offline use.

More importantly than for my Maverick, I use it on my mountain bike.

Packing an extra gps device would be a hassle.

And with streaming services, you can easily download whole playlists to your device for offline use.

and storage size isn’t really an issue. With all of the videos, photos, play lists and apps on my phone, the memory is less than half full.

I also use iphone, and ONX, but I only have ONX for Washington state, I don't think I can use it for interstate travel. It also will not give me info about lodging, meals, rest areas, speed limits...
My Garmin will give me ratings on restaurants, like my iphone will. I have the same GPS in my F350 and it has been a lot of help on some 3 month road trips between 7000&10000 miles at a time.
I also discovered last night that I can not place call from the buttons on the steering wheel while using carplay app. I don't feel safe trying to disconnect carplay while driving, and picking up my phone to place the call defeats the hands free feature.
I have had the Mav 31 days and still learning some of the features, but I love the truck. It will save a lot of miles on my big truck.
Thank you for the replies.

We totally understand the price conversations and wanted to clarify what you’re actually getting with an Infotainment.com upgrade. Every system we offer is built using genuine OEM-grade components and engineered specifically for your exact vehicle and VIN, not a universal aftermarket alternative. Our kits arrive fully pre-programmed, vehicle-matched, and truly plug-and-play, preserving factory functionality and maintaining warranty-safe operation. On top of that, every purchase includes weekday customer support, a 30-day return window, 12-month interest-free financing, and a 1-year warranty, giving you a level of reliability, integration, and service that cheaper options simply can’t match.
But still no Sirius XM?

I haven’t tried this in the Maverick, but I use this in my Tesla all the time, “Hey Siri, call the Ford dealership in Anacortes, WA”. I just tried it at my desk at work and Siri says “calling frontier ford 800-896-5267”. Should do the same thing in the Maverick.

No. Lol. I was using an example in your neighborhood. I live in SoCal.

I did spend 15 years in W. WA though. High school in Kent, college at UW.
OK, I caught a plane to Bellingham from Eastsound and bought from Bellingham Ford.

Quite a bit more than the OEM+ Upgrades KIT that's basically the exact same thing.
We understand that other companies offer alternatives at different price points, but they don’t match the quality and reliability of our OEM upgrades. At Infotainment.com, we stand behind the value of our upgrades, genuine OEM quality, plug-and-play installation, and a full compatibility guarantee, but we also want to ensure you’re getting a fair deal. If you find a verified competitor offering the same OEM Sync 4 upgrade for less, reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to match their price. Your Maverick deserves the best upgrade, at the best value.
