Just received the soft roll-up cover. Installation was pretty straightforward. There are three clamps that are installed on each side. Only issue is the cover could be longer. Time will tell if water enters the bed. I drove home in a brief shower and the bed was dry. Note: the water in bed was before the install was finished. It is Part No: VNZ6Z99501A42B .

After hearing reports of people coming up an inch or two short and having a gap, wondering if I should look at a different brand? No real issue with your short cover, manageable?

I believe it is manageable. I used the weather stripping in the kit on the bulkhead and the seal looks good.

Thanks - love the black lettering on the tailgate also. Will be doing the same on HPR (in 6+ months!).

The Truxedo Low Pro Soft Roll-up doesn't seem to have this issue, fwiw.

I haven't heard anyone complain about the Truxedo Low Pro or PRO X15. I was going to go with the TruXport but after multiple people saying it's to short I will probably go with the Low Pro.

I have it and installed it. Is about an inch short. And water is going in the bed even with the weatherstripping not happy

I just received my Truxsport yesterday. My truck is supposed to arrive at the dealer next week. Dunno why some people are saying it's short and others aren't. Are people installing it correctly? Is the Ford Factory one the one that's short?

Great to know that the original poster hasn't had any issues with rain. I intend to use my cover with either KB Voodoo or BillieBars bed rails and it can still roll up with either for bed access. I'm not as concerned with theft as I am with rain and if this does the job I'm all for it. I might get a hard tri fold down the line, but I'd rather pay 1/3 the price for now.
