This is another item I had stockpiled for my 2024 Maverick that I declined purchasing last year. This cover DOES include the updated grommets that JCROffroad shipped me last year. Current retail on these i $199, selling this one for $140 plus free shipping. The packaging was opened only for purposes of inspection and the item has not been removed from shrink wrap or installed.

Hello,
As it turns out, the version of the JCR engine cover you have is meant for Mavericks with the electronic brake booster. The mechanical brake boosters have components mounted in places that interfere with this engine cover. I went through a series of prototypes until they produced a new version with cutouts for these brake booster components.

After creating the one you see here, they created a new 'universal' version. You are selling one of the earlier versions.

Potential buyers should ensure they have the electronic brake booster (which I believe is in all hybrids and, maybe, the Lariat Ecoboost).

I attached a shot of mine with the cutouts.

That's for that update! After reading your response, I reached out to JCR Offroad and they confirmed that they no longer sell this model of engine cover. The rep said that Ford suddenly changed the engine hose layout with no rhyme or reason, which necessitated the change on their end. However, the rep also said that there are still vehicles out there that this cover would fit. So, prospective buyers look at prsncat's photo above and if you don't have hoses that correspond to the cutouts on the right of the picture, then my cover should fit. I'm going to lower the price to $100. If I have no takers in a week, then off to the recycle pile it goes and I'll just have to eat the cost.

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I thought it was fair for potential buyers to know what will fit and what won't.

As it turns out, mine is the one pictured above. We do have a pair of hybrids that it should fit on. If nobody else is interested, please contact me before recycling it since I might be interested in putting it on one of the two hybrids.

Shipping to California might be too expensive for it to make sense.
