Long story short, ordered 6/23, remain unscheduled to this day. By dumb luck an exact mirror copy of my build became available near me so I picked it up at MSRP and tack on or off I guess a $500 first responder discount. Only 600 miles on it so far. Here is my short list of pros/cons. Feel free to ask any questions. Sorry in advance if any of this is old news.

Pros

-Interior quality exceeded my expectations. I nearly ordered a lariat but wasn't crazy about the brown. The interior on the xlt looks excellent in my opinion. No regrets at all there.

-Interior is spacious. Much more than I anticipated.

-Quiet and smooth ride even with the optional wildpeaks

-Recent 400 mile road trip, full bed of camping things, 2 dogs, and a wife in the cab and I ended up averaging an overall 30.5 mpg, I'd say 20% city 80% highway on that trip.

-Coming from a Gmc Sierra, the mpgs on the ecoboost have made me very happy. Great economy for this little truck.

-Infotainment works as it should, no issues there.

-Took it on some slightly muddy/gravel trail roads and no issues. (By no means extreme off roading).

Cons

-It seems like the paint on the hood chips easily, I already have quite a few chips. I may add PPF.

-Passenger grab handle is loose and not fully secured to the ceiling (easy fix though).

Not really a con, but notable

-I have only experienced the hood flutter some people have mentioned once. I was on a country backroad and a semi in the opposite lane passed at probably 65 plus mph in close proximity to me, the wind from it passing made the hood flutter. Regular highway driving even at 80 mph I did not experience that.

Overall, great vehicle so far. Be patient, it'll be worth it. I know, easier said than done...

I sat in an XLT today for the first time. Interior was much nicer in person. Seats were better than I thought they would be. Orange accents were nice actually. Congrats.

Could you do a pick of the rear window open and all the windows open? Also have you folded up the bed cover, how's that? Looks good though..
I believe this is the pics you wanted. Let me know if otherwise. I'm enjoying the trifold, opened and closed it many times on my camping trip. Only con I see is that it'll block the rear window if you have it all the way open.

Those are the nicest shots I've seen yet of the XLT interior, maybe it's the lighting? Anyway, thanks, good review.

I thought I read somewhere on this site that the big screen in the dash like you have is only available in the lariat. Do you have the XLT luxury package? I hope my comes with that screen.

edit: nevermind - comes with the FX4 package...

What back seat covers are you using? I need some for my dog but the ones on the ford website are really expensive.
