My radio will not change stations. From talking to the dealer service guy he says Ford is suppose to do an update, has anyone heard anything about this.

Mine was acting wonky at the time of pick up this week. As I drove away and played with it some more, it worked. It felt like it was laggging and I’m convinced there was some sort of interference at the dealer’s lot.
