XLT Lux hybrid with spray in liner might be a 2023ml

I just received an email from my dealer. Appertly XLT lux is going to be delayed for an unknown timeframe. Maybe even in 2023 ML.

Only solution is the lux 2a package which is a drop in liner not the spray in.

I would question your dealer. Fiesta Ford has a XLT luxury in transit at this time. I recognize this vehicle in State bound, not to Canada, but question where your dealer got his information from. Good luck with your wait. Hopefully not for long. Happy Holidays!

I don't think that's whiny. And that's only one part of it. The rest of the luxury package is not even available as stand alone options, like the heated seats, mirrors, colored outside mirrors, etc. I don't like this news at all.

Nah, not whiny at all. That sucks. I’d much rather have a spray-in.

After seeing the photos of the drop in liner, I wouldn't be disappointed if mine came with it. Considering it's a little cheaper than spray in, Ford should take that off the price or compensate with a fits package or something.

Im pretty good friends personally with the sales man. Basically ford wants orders cleaned up as they are going to stop accepting order for 2022 ml very soon. So my buddy was really just trying to get me a truck sooner than later. Also it's the hybrid that I'm waiting on. Which is another issue as well. Many strikes against me
