Yes when I call and then the chat I give them my order # and sales code to see about a vin# and I get the same response everytime. They tell me shows my truck has been ordered and my dealership can keep me updated on my order. So today I just asked if they can tell me the process of how vehicles get into production because it makes no sense and they couldn’t give me an answer. Was just trying to see what else they’d tell me and still the same nothing new.You are asking about allocations in the photo. Did you ask specifically about your truck? They don’t have details on allocations. Literally all they are going to tell is you have an order if you don’t have a VIN.
I guess a step could be to call the regional manager
