Amazon and Walmart has tons of sub $200 tri-fold tonneaus and now that I'm ready to buy one they all disappear ha. Recommendations for sub $300 tonneaus?

Yes, I was going to review my Tiptop soft tri-fold (recommended by another poster) but it disappeared from Amazon soon after I installed mine.

I think they're all made by the same manufacturer. If you're patient I suspect they'll be back in stock in a few weeks, but I have no inside knowledge to support this supposition.
I'm happy with my Tiptop for the price ($170). I don't see that it has any warranty unlike more expensive tonneaus sold by name brands, if that matters to you. There's a slight ripple in the fabric at speeds above 40MPH (did not get worse at 75MPH). My Maverick is a garage queen so I don't know how watertight the cover is. And like most tri-folds, it covers 1/3 of the bed when "fully open" but I can take it off in minutes. It fits diagonally in the back seat.

Maybe the Rough Country? I don't have my truck yet (11/15/21 order) but will probably look at the rough Country tonneau when it comes in. The lifetime warranty is appealing.

There are several on @Realtruck that are in the $279-299 range, and they generally give MTC members a better deal than list price. I picked up my BAK X4S from them for a pretty substantial discount.
Perhaps message them and see what they can do for you?

In stock as best I can see, still has a 20% coupon as well. I checked mine after a straight week of rain her in East Tennessee, bed was completely dry. Great fit so far.

Don't forget to look at the MTC marketplace. I found my cover on there from a local guy who needed a hard cover. I bought his soft gator fx tri fold cover for a good price that he used only 2 weeks before realizing he needed a hard cover. We installed it in a parking lot in 10 min.

Yep that's the brand I was keeping an eye on. The soft roll-up just got back in stock so hoping the trifold will shortly come back

I have the same one here in central TN. I'm working still at trying to get it water tight....I think I have to push it closer to the cab as I believe that's where I've had most of my issues.
Looks like Gator makes a soft roll that fits the Maverick now! It's the Gator SRX. Real truck has them for $279 but with the club discount it will probably be closer to $200. I think I might try one come spring. I currently have the Gator SFX tri fold but want to try a roll up.
I had to put it up a little closer to the cab the day I installed. Sprayed it down with the hose to check and realized I was just a bit too far back.

Was going to use my points to mostly pay for the Ford soft rollup, but I would still have to pay about as much as the one you got to cover what my points didn't.
Now I'll use my points for something else.
Edit: Looks like you sold their last few for them, now sold out and the link takes you to the trifold one.
