What's up with Ford scheduling.

I've been waiting over 530 days for my Maverick XLT with luxury package. It makes me believe that Ford is not prioritizing their Waters. I just can't believe it takes this long I've seen utility companies that have quite a few of them. I'm just wondering why I can't get mine I'll call the dealer and they can't give me no information I call forward and they can't give me no information I'm about ready to give up. Can anybody help.

Does your dealer have order allocations (not something they advertise to the customer)? You can ask, good luck. If not, Ford skips to those dealers and builds trucks for those that do have allocations.

I called Ford at 800-334-4375 and the little lady there just told me to call my dealer and they don't know anything about when I'm going to get it. I would think by now it would be built it's only been like September of 22 and they added another shift at that plant I just don't think they want to sell me a truck

Do you have your VIN #? see if you window sticker is avialble. Then see if your modules are alive.

I don't have a vin number I only have the order number. The lady at Ford says yes they have my order but she doesn't know when it's going to be built that I should contact my dealer. I don't know what they can do to make Ford build it but I will call them again Monday

You have gone 530 days and you don't have a VIN #? Something is not right.

When you place your order they can add your email so you can get updates directly from Ford. I would call the dealer on Monday and have them add your email.

Either your dealer is completely incompetent, or something is wrong with your order.

Yeah I get those letters from Ford I like to call him dear John letters. I have the order number, maybe I should look up one of those letters and put it in and see what it tells me.

How do you know how big the lady is?

You might be able to find your same truck on a different lot. Have you looked? I do a search for new around me with a 200 mile radius. There's over a hundred on the lots. My dealer has a few themselves. And sells at msrp
