What kind of discounts off of sticker have you folks gotten?

I have never made a special order purchase before. It looks like the wait will be six to twelve months. Is that too pessimistic. Could it be switched to a 2023 model at some point at no extra charge?

I will be selling a trade in also. I don't know if it would be called a trade or an outright sale and a new purchase.
