Dune Sport Mini. Check their website and you can do a build configurator there. Mine is the "MM" series which is 7' wide, but there are other options.

I’ll be towing this custom built (self made) kayak boat trailer.

I’ll have to have it after I sell the F150 it’s hookup to. Should be able to care as many as 7 boats. Long ones on the top, short ones on the bottom.

That should pull fine behind your Maverick if you have the AWD /Tow Package. To get the Tow Package, I believe you need AWD.

Hi Altomav,

We placed our order on 8/14/21. Apparently some dealers called their customers advising that they would have to change their FWD tow orders to AWD. I called my dealer first, then Ford customer service and then on another thread someone told me to call the Ford marketing department. All three confirmed if you ordered BEFORE 8/19/21 you do not have to change your order to AWD. As of today, it will still be made as ordered.

I advise anyone that was contacted by their dealer and told that they had to change their order and purchase AWD to contact Ford customer service or the marketing department and try to change their order back if that is what they really want. It is on "late availability" so if you can wait, call Ford.

Some folks might be glad to hear that on those orders. Thanks.

AWD is good, It's managed electronically and is only used when the computer thinks its needed. So it's not engaged all the time. Probably won't make much difference in mileage either.
