What are you excited to use your Maverick for?

I placed my order for a Cactus Grey Hybrid with Lux package and Copilot 360 last week. I'm excited for long trips without having to worry about gas so much. Current vehicle is a money sink in that respect (2016 Ford Expedition King Ranch). I'm also stoked to take my mountain bike out more often. I'm wondering how the hybrid is going to handle driving through the Colorado and Arkansas mountains. What are you guys going to use your Maverick for?

Camping with my son. We currently pack the corolla, but it's like playing tetris to fit stuff in. Can't wait to load it up with gear. He (age 5) is also excited for the truck. Wants to put seats in the bed (haven't been able to break it to him yet that's not going to happen).

My boys 9 and 7 are excited for me to get a truck. Im just excited to take them out for rides in it and to see their faces when I pull up to the house.

After personally owning nothing but cars for my entire driving life, I'm looking forward to something a bit larger that doesn't have as much road noise and is a nicer drive. Especially with my last/current car being a manual for the past 7-8 years, I'm ready for a more relaxing drive. I have a motorcycle if I feel like being sporty...

Not only that, but when I was just getting to driving age, my dad had a 2002 Ranger XLT. So going back to a small pickup is a bit nostalgic.

Would it be great in other places? Absolutely yes!

That's awesome. He already gets to ride in bed of our Gator at the farm (where he got the idea). I'm planning on putting a topper on the maverick, so it probably won't be as fun for him. I'll definitely have a couple crazy creeks for sitting on the tailgate.

Looking forward to road trips with some camping included - not sure yet if I will purchase a Camper or Tent component or... just rent a small camper when I need one? My use of such will be soooooo limited that the Return on Investment would not be realistic!

Also looking forward to trips to Lowe's for any large items or multiple purchased large items (mulch soil etc) and not worrying about the back of an SUV getting all messed up and or the lingering aroma!

Also looking forward to "street side" comments and conversations related to Like or No Like...
