Is it easy to jump a Maverick hybrid, and would that solve this issue? (Not that I actually *have* my hybrid Maverick yet, so moot point...).

I am used to Toyota hybrids with the regular starter battery hidden inconveniently behind a wall in the back trunk... (not talking about the large batteries for propulsion.) I have a little jumper kit, they are wonderfully small and powerful now... Thanks!
It's essentially the same as any other vehicle, there are jump points for the 12v battery (positive lead, and body ground) under the hood, but the actual 12v battery is under the rear passenger seat, accessible from inside rather than outside. I actually haven't popped open mine to look at how the 12v lead covers look on the battery itself -- but you are supposed to jump with the negative/ground on the truck body of the vehicle receiving the jump, rather than the negative terminal of the battery, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure if a body ground point is obvious and accessible in that battery compartment.

Apparently, if you are a total doofus, there is a possibility of you trying to connect your 12v positive lead to the wrong point under the hood (there's one clearly marked with a warning not to jump off it 🤖 ).

I keep hearing that hybrids are not great for sitting and if you are really going to let it sit for 4 weeks or longer I would be concerned as well. All cars are better when they are atleast running once a month to lubricate all the working parts and keep the battery from dying.
True, this long term idleness is not good for any cars really, not just hybrid. I have many older cars 10 - 24 years old, regular old school gas engines. If you let them sit in cold freezing weather for a few weeks they will not start or have a weak start. Nothing new......typical since cars were invented.
The OP does not have this issue apparently, it seems to be something else.
Although perhaps his was sitting too long at the factory and on the delivery trains.

Short road trip yesterday no issues maybe 150 miles. Less than 500 on it total. Went to remote start to go to the car wash this morning and it says I'm in deep sleep mode and needs started manually. Put the key in and nothing.

Oh well call the dealer in the morning.

All I have so far
I have the same issue. Did you get it figured out?

Nope, dealer had it 2 days and found nothing but seemed to reset all the settings? Has been fine since. No other issues.
As soon as I touched the jumper cable to the battery it was ready to go like a stuck relay kicked in. The truck notified Ford of the issue and a message to me. It sent a total of 5-6 messages saying something about being in deep sleep mode. Check your messages on the Ford app.

Lotsa luck.

You are aware a standard charger doesn’t wake a dead AGM? You need an AGM specific charger.
I want you to show me a single brand name charger today that is not meant for AGM or that matter AGM and Gel.....

I don’t have time to show you. Maybe some people still have older chargers. 🤔

The automotives have been doing load shedding for several years now. They turn off charging the battery to gain MPG's. On my Mustang when I took it out of Winter storage I believe it went down to 10 volts before it started charging the battery again. My Wife takes short trips in it. After her 1st stop when she got back in and cranked and started it, when she went to move, the car died. I told her to shut it down, open and close the door, let the bus go to sleep (a couple of minutes). The car started right up. After that, I trickle charge the battery before the first use of the year. By the way, several DTC's were set that were cleared when the system was reset. Apparently, at Ford, Powertrain group controls this calibration, not Electrical as you would expect. I know at GM it was controlled by Electrical. Hopefully they will have a reformulated calibration for you if that is found to be the issue.
If a Maverick sits for months what happens? For an ICE car I put a trickle charger on the battery and some fuel preserver in the tank and it's no problem. From what I've read here that may not work with a hybrid, or at least the Maverick.

Not necessarily. You can always just get a C-Tek battery maintainer (or those Viking digital chargers from HF) and leave it plugged in. Nothing wrong with that. You can get the attachments that bolt to the terminals and you can leave the cord poke through somewhere and leave it plugged in when your not driving it. And before you say it may be a hassle, it really isn't.

With all the computers and electronics on cars today, they need power, hybrid or non-hybrid, and tenders keep the 12V battery up. When I sold cars, we had to jump cars semi regularly as some cars don't get driven nearly as much as other. And when they sit, they drain out, simple as that. Cars in the showroom were on tenders. Example, my wife has her 2nd car (her "fun" car) on a tender daily as she only drives it one day a weekend and the manufacturer says to do this (with it's included tender) or it will go dead after a period of time. Not a hassle at all to unplug the cable hooked to the batter in the front trunk. Just a thought.
Is this for the 12V battery or the high voltage drive battery?

You mean for plugging it in? It's or the 12v battery. That's the battery that keeps the electronics running while it's off. If I didn't drive my Fusion daily, I'd plug it in. I'll just say it, the car my wife has that she keeps plugged in, is a Lamborghini (2009 LP560-4 Gallardo). It's driven sparingly to Cars & Coffee on Saturday or Sunday morning. It has a fantastic tender that just plugs into the other end of the plug attached to the battery in the frunk (behind the liner). Plug it in, and hit the "car" button (there is motorcycle and another setting) and it's working. When it turns green, it's charged. Super easy and convenient. Takes literally no extra time to leave.

When she bought it from the prior owner, he had it at the dealer getting serviced before the transport driver got it. Since it was at the dealer, they didn't leave it plugged in and it was dead when the truck arrived. So the driver picked it up (after it was jumped) and every night, he let it run for 30 minutes when he parked for the night. When it arrived, it started right up and once we plugged it in, it was right as rain. These newer tenders (c-tek) are so worth the money.

When I jumped mine of course you have the door open to get to the battery. As soon as I touched the terminals the lights came on. I didn't leave it hooked up and walked to the drivers side and turned the key and READY popped up. Picked up things and went for a ride. No issues since.

Fully reading things is a characteristic not everyone cares about. People would rather accept something as true than dig deeper to understand it or disprove it. It happens to all of us and the dang clickbait era has fooled us all once or twice.
This sounds political 👍🏻

Can you leave a booster battery ie NOCO, attached to the 12v battery in the cab, plugged into the 120 v outlet in the console (XLT luxo) all the time? My train of thinking is it will keep the 12v battery at 13.8v continuously while not in operation but will constantly recharge via 120v plug while driving???
