We're finalizing our intercooler for the 2.0L Eco Maverick and would love to get some user feedback from the field - at a GENEROUS discount to you, of course.

All you need to do is put down a deposit, shoot us some feedback, and we'll discount the intercooler down to $50 via a refund. If you're interested please shoot over a PM!

The only firm detail is that you have an OEM intercooler currently and a way to measure data (before/after charge air temps., etc.). We can break it down for you when it's time to talk details!

Note: This is an unedited picture of a prototype. The final production version will have the same performance specs. but feature a cleaner finish.

I understand that the lower shutter system will need to be removed. Would any trimming need to happen to the bumper? Or other plastics in the area?

There's going to be some trimming involved in the first version of the intercooler. We're working on a design for a revision which will not require this (piping will need to be re-routed). That will take a bit longer to develop, though.

In all honesty, I would build them to fit the factory locations. I think more people will buy them and do a little extra trimming with instructions, than have to buy extra parts and re-route charge pipes. 98% of people who buy the intercooler aren't going to upgrade turbos, so simplicity should sell just fine.
