That's a great idea to have a control panel. There is more there than I would use.

One thing - that big old opening is wide open to road debris from the tire. Others have closed that area off with a fabricated panel. You might consider that before putting a lot of electronics on that side.

I like it. Was also thinking about something like this in the dash cubby, anyone seen a good fit for that area?
