Can you give me more info on the A/C controls? I didn’t get my XLT yet so would that not have the digital numbers on it and the bronco sport does so that’s why you did the retrofit
None of the new ones will have the temp readout
Once you get it start searching eBay for the equivalent Bronco Sport piece from the 2021 model year

i’ve touched two mavericks. yours and mine. your awd has unlimited rear suspension adjustment compared to my fwd turbo. mine has zero adjustability and it is like a subframe design.
yours does have toe adjustment and the potential to use eccentric camber bolts.
(or did that not work?)
my problem is rear toe-in. but, lowering didn’t create the problem. by design it had it before i put on the springs.
the only potential way to fix mine would be to make a complex ultra thin wedge shaped shim to put the bolt on stub axle (and brake caliper!) at the proper angle.
currently i don’t see the shim solution being feasible to manufacture.

What are you going to do?

Ok thanks! So by equivalent you mean one that looks the same as the one in my maverick but has the digital ready out? Also Is it just plug and play or do I need a separate harness?

The front really isn’t the issue other than having to adjust the camber plate before you install the assembly since you can’t access it from the top
The answer they gave me on the rear is to adjust the toe to lessen the tire wear…. Basically just get it close enough

The shop I’m working with is building some custom pieces to

The rear end seems to have less adjustability than most would like to see
I don’t recall what issue @catinthebathtub was having in the rear but it’s is something they are working on as well
Just saw these today!

Just wanted to add that the hardest part for me was pulling the cables off the back of the unit. The one with the multi colored wires popped off with the aid of a flat head screwdriver.

Going to have a local legend lowrider painter work some magic on these….
Still hoping I can convince someone to make these in carbon
Also have another set I’m going to make into full functional vents (won’t say Lariat anymore either)

Have you heard about hydro-dipping can do all sorts of things (like carbon & any color of carbon) it’s a nice clean look & usually a lot cheaper than painters

I got my dual zone HVAC for $175 from another member of thIs forum. This was well worth it for me to get the Truck exactly like I was expecting it from the Factory! A new part ( if you can find one ) would probably be twice as much if not more!!

That is what como rifles are done with. I actually got to see the process at a stock manufacturer. No two stocks are the same with the process.

First one I bought was $95 but it came in scratched (bad pictures on eBay)
Second one was $140 but it included half the Bronco Sport dash (not really but it was still connected to the trim piece that was much bigger than the Maverick’s)

I’m aware of hydro dipping. I wanted them painted for the lowrider flake he’s putting on them
If I can get someone to do them in carbon I want it to actually be carbon which I don’t think hydro dipping can accurately replicate

i’m guessing there will be an oem or aftermarket solution. my problem is likely not uncommon. main problem is 2.0 fwd is uncommon.

When I was searching for my blue one I saw tons of 2.0 FWD
But I think Hybrids have the same rear suspension?

i haven't actually seen one but i was told no. that’s why escape lowering springs won’t fit the hybrid.
