Using ForScan for first time, bunch of DTC's!!!

Just received my OBDLink EX FORScan ODB Adapter and installed the latest FORScan release.

Hopped in my Maverick all excited to see what the software will expose and discovered a few errors! They haven't tripped the check engine light(yet!). Any one had any of these before? B14A7 seems pretty serious

Here they are:

Code: B14A7 - Puddle/Cargo Switch Input

Additional Fault Symptom:
- Circuit Short To Ground

Status:
- Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC

Module: Body Control Module

Code: B1A01 - Speaker #1

Additional Fault Symptom:
- General Electrical Failure

Status:
- Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC

Module: Audio Control Module

Freeze Frame #1:
-EVENT_TIME: 2773373 s (Mon Dec 13 20:31:48 2021) - Event time
-TOTAL_DISTANCE: 285 km - Total Distance

Any recommendations on what I should do next? Wait, take it in to the dealer?

Reset the codes and see which ones come back.

This probably will unless it is something intermittent.
Code: B14A7 - Puddle/Cargo Switch Input

Puddle lights usually are on the mirror if equipped though it could also be referring to the bed light on the back of cab. That will need to be traced out using volt meter and wiring diagram to find where the problem is along the circuit.

I'd have the dealer fix that since that is most likely the fault of the factory when it was assembled. Just don't tell the dealer you used Forscan but some regular OBD2 reader or pulled it from the instrument cluster when you bring it in.

Puddle lamp ground fault also showing. With the XL, there definitely aren't any puddle lamps so I'm curious what it's referring to.
