It's going to be a glorified commercial, that's it. They will not entertain anyone's legitimate questions in regards to the allocation system, or any constraints, or why some builds get chosen while others wait.... So as long as you realize that going in, then it should be a fantastic webinar.

I think we should all push for better communication.
In particular, they should add "orders" to the FordPass account so we can track our order through there. True you can add orders now once they are scheduled and you have a VIN, but you should be able to add your order by the Order Code once you have that. That seems to make the most sense to me and should be very doable by Ford.

Just like EugDom said, I doubt they will address "problems" with the system. Instead, I would bet that they would focus on answering questions like how to get the most out of the platform and the future of the Maverick. I would like to hear if they have a plug-in hybrid in the works coming up soon :)

Yeah, those who've been lurking on this forum for 8 months waiting on delivery and presumably watching every YouTube review to fill the time in-between new forum posts are more familiar than most employees at this point.

‘ Hey folks! Look at this great vehicle that you probably will not see any time soon! Oh , and have a gander at all these features that we would like you to purchase but can’t deliver on, so if you want to have any chance in hell of ever seeing your vehicle you need to remove all the features you actually wanted!”

Sorry folks, just had to go there.
