Unscheduled orders now showing up on Ford Website for some order holders

My Hybrid XL showed up as "ordered", we'll see what that means tomorrow I guess.

I just logged in on the website for the first time and my order shows up on the my account page.

However if I click view details the site it try’s to pull up times out.

Then if I click menu and select reservations & orders it says it can’t find any. I logged in on the website through my phones browser, not the app.

copy the web url that it tries to go to but not the "www." part. Past into your address bar and it'll get there. But, it is just the order tracker with your order number pre-filled. The VIN will be missing if it's like mine.

Edited: I get my order number entered ok... but it says "invalid vin" do you need a Vin to see this?

same here .... the VIN is the piece of the puzzle I don't have - and won't get until it's scheduled which is a crapshoot.

Nothing, but a while back I did receive an email from Ford that they were experiencing delays. I don't know when we will get our second Maverick because we ordered just about everything we could put on it. We are not going to compromise this time.

I checked my account on Ford.com and found that my order shows as 'Ordered' on the Vehicle Dashboard as well. Today is 508 for me from the original order, but also the date that I should have rec'd my latest 45 day email from Ford. In the past, the 45 day emails have arrived between 2:30 and 3:30 Central time. I have not yet received the 45 day email today. So hopefully this is a good sign for tomorrow.
