Wow, that’s a fast response. I ordered my Mav XLT on 1/27/22 and received the order confirmation about two days later and still waiting for a production date. I called Ford and I may have aVIN# soon but still wait for the build date??

Bob, No I ordered from Liberty in Vermilion. 2 weeks after ordering I called Ford Customer care because I never have received an email from Ford and that was when I was given the VIN. I called my salesperson and was told I had a 3/7 week build. That was moved up to 2/21 week but it did not happen last week so now waiting for another update.

Yea this whole chip problem got everything all screwed up and dont think Ford seen this little truck being so desirable so who knows when were going to get anything , keep pushing orders back .

Ordered Nov 1st
Velocity Blue XLT AWD with Lux, 4K Towing, FX4, Rear Window and Sunroof. Switched to drop in bed liner in January and took off the roll-up tonneau cover last week.

Not willing to give up on the Lux Package. Checks too many boxes (in-bed inverter, heated seats, bed liner). There's no reason Ford should have oversold. Its 2022. They should know how many chips they are going to get and how many vehicles they can build. If they can't build the vehicles, they shouldn't have let their dealers take deposits.

Bob, I am actually in Penfield Twp. so we could be very close. Hope to see you around. Originally wanted to order an XLT Hybrid but missed the hybrid cutoff, settled on the XL EB to hold me over until ordering a 2023 for 2024 delivery if lucky.
