I think it's funny how Ford is touting that there are sooo many New-To-Ford buyers of the Maverick. I'm in that group, btw. If we don't STAY as a loyal Ford Customer, what good does it do them? Many of us are very disappointed in Ford. Of course, I do understand all the global supply issues, but Ford seems to continue to have "Quality" issues with this vehicle, one after another. I guess they got it right when they dropped their tagline from "Quality is Job One" in the late 90's and now say "Built Ford Tough". As a future customer, I wish that both were true!...TEN full weeks since the last ones were scheduled.
Maybe next week will bring better news.
I don't bother calling the Customer Service number any more. Tired of hearing their canned speech ("...oh, you ordered the Hybrid? You're gonna love that sweet 40mpg.") and the disappointing "You're in Order Processing". Current wait time for me since Order Date is One YEAR and Five Days...
