United road not working

My truck is at the railyard. I tried using united road but when I hit search nothing happens. It did work once a catchall came up but I only seen that one time. Went to put my email in got something went wrong message. Tried edge and chrome on android.

My VIN shows up on there but says inactive. Not sure if it showed up at Newark rail yard yet. Customer service says November 5 to 11th.

try loading the page AND then refreshing it. In my case, the refreshing brought up an "I'm not a Robot" box that was needed to perform a search. Without the checkbox, nothing happened.

Thanks but that link requires a log on. I know mine is in Newark via tracking the rail car. One week to get to StLous and another week to get to Newark. My delivery is going to Orange county NY. Would bet yours is there.

United road has never worked for me, I don’t think they’re a thing here in the southwest…i tried registering with them, but got an email back stating that unless I’m a dealer or manufacturer they can not make an account for me lol

It worked for me once. The time it did work I got a captcha, other times no. I need to try it on a computer instead of phone.

Tried that exact thing and still a no go for me, even when I get a captcha it doesn’t bring anything up for my VIN

Mine is going to Orange County also. I used sunshine ford in Newburgh. Maybe same car carrier as yours. What dealership did you use?

Leo Kaytes in Warwick Was on the fence about a Mav for a long time heard about the Dec 27th price increase late. Went to the dealer on Dec 26th. Being the day after Christmas was surprised anyone there. NY dealers are open on Sunday. Plus the capped doc fees at 175 don't hurt. They may go on the same carrier.

Not sure why mine took so long. I ordered Oct. 16th and have seen tons of Mavericks built before mine, even hybrid’s. Guess I picked the wrong dealership but it was the closest to my house

Finally was able to sign up for alerts from United Road. But a few days later I got an email saying that this can be only done by the dealer. So other than the dealer there is no way to see if my truck is scheduled for delivery.

I signed up and didn’t mention anything about dealerships. Mine still shows inactive, but customer service says Nov. 5-11 so we’ll see.

Yeah I got an email from them. I did get a load number when I first entered my vin.
