Unable to track my Maverick all of a sudden?

Started sometime last week I noticed I would try to track my vehicle and it would just refresh and not give any error. Figured it was just a website issue…

We’ll just tried again and not it is saying:
We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.

My VIN is correct from my email. My production was started 9/24 WTF…

Anyone else having this issue?

No worries, not working for me either. They must be updating the website right now. I’ll try again later.

I'm having the same issue, and I've been having issues with the site for days now - wouldn't load my order just as you described. Build got pushed from 10/11 to 10/18, but zero movement this week. Don't know what's going on or what to expect now, and their tracking website has provided no help.

In my experience, the tracker never works for more than 4 or 5 days straight before it takes a day or two off from functioning.

I get that Ford is under no obligation to provide tracking to their customers, but if they are going to, it it should just work. This is a very simple task. Clearly they have the data. We are talking about a simple database query which could have been done 30 years ago with no problems. This is not some kind of high tech new data platform. I would bet money whomever is coding the web page is the problem. Either that or Ford is just randomly building Mavericks on a production line with no ability to track anything about them...

Ford Maverick VP: How many Maverick's have we produced and shipped?

Engineer: We have no idea sir, but according to a forum I follow, some people have surprisingly already received them.

Yep it's fubar right now. Thought it was my dealer retaliating for me pissin and moaning cause he be lying.

Mine is working now. It even filled in the vin and order number information for me. (that wasn't working for a couple of weeks)

Mine is not working either. I checked on other vehicles and they come right up. Mine does nothing.

Mine works for the Ford version but still no luck on the forum one that gives all the vehicle info. Just error everywhere

Tracking functionality has been inconsistent for me. Comes and goes, sometimes multiple times in the same day. Sometimes an error message pops up, but it often acts like I haven't entered anything. Doh.

The Ford Tracker is working for me as of right now. However, there has been a day here in there when I either couldn't get logged in or the info was all wonky.

You have to type the letters of the VIN in all CAPS
