That's correct. Somewhere in the next 5 years I'll get it peeled and probably reapply a different color. Lifespan on average is 3-5 years but can be longer too. All depends on elements it's exposed to over the lifespan. So, if you change your mind in the future, you can just peel off the green and have the hot pepper red again?
Wrap, Tint, and Protective Coating was 3K altogether with the materials. About twice as much as protective coating from the dealership but not as much as having it actually painted.Really like that wrap.... cool color. What Does something like that cost....if you don't want to say just ignore.![]()
I definitely notice a different drive and ride height. Although it's hard for me to pinpoint how much of that is level kit vs. larger tires I installed. It does level the front end to match with the back end though. Before putting on the trained eye could note the difference.Does the leveling kit actually level it but making it 1in higher or lower?
I have this on the list of additions for future on my next bonus check lol.Only thing I would do is some wheels spacers to match the fender flairs
Thanx the reason I ask is bc I have no reason for installing bigger tires or rims but I am interested in the level kit but I just don’t want it to make the truck look funny if I go with it.I definitely notice a different drive and ride height. It's a happy medium now between feeling more like truck but also keeping of the car driving characteristics which I liked about this model.
I read several comments on here before doing it. Some people said it made no noticeable difference, some said it could make up to 5mph difference. From my experience, (what it's worth) I went through a school zone speed reader a few times at 35mph on the speedometer. One time it read 36 and the other it read 35.... So it appears like there isn't a noticeable change for me with the 1" level and 245/65 tires. Hope this helps.Do you have to mess with the speedometer going from 235 to 245 or did ford do that for you?
I live in middle of nowhere Ohio lol. About an hour southeast of Columbus.that turned out super nice! Where in Ohio can one be on the lookout for your truck?
