Took Delivery of my Maverick On 5/3!

I picked up my Maverick on 5/3! I've been so busy, just now finding time to post some pics and provide my general observations so far. Very happy with my dealer, Ed Kenley Ford in Layton, Utah! They charged me MSRP, and didn't push any extras on me! I would definitely recommend these guys!

In my first three weeks of owning my Maverick, XLT, Hybrid, I can say I'm very happy so far! Thankfully I've had no issues come up. I'm new to hybrids, so my first week was a learning curve! Now I'm used to it, and like it very much!

My Maverick is used as my daily commuter. I drive approximately 85 miles per day round trip and am averaging 37-38 mpg! My driving is mostly highway, but I'm in Fords MPG projections. I'm changing my driving techniques to improve this, but I'm very happy with this gas mileage! My current odometer is 1,655.

Since getting my Maverick, I've installed the following items:

*Ford Splash Guards
*FordTail Gate Lift Assist
*Aeroskin Hood Deflector
*CravenSpeed Stubby Antenna (To replace longer stock antenna)
*Steering Wheel Cover

Overall, very happy with my truck! To those still waiting, just hang in there!

Replacing it was very easy. Screws off and on.

I live in the sticks, so reception is not too great out here. I also listen to Amazon and Apple music more than the radio. I'll listen to radio stations in and around Salt Lake City on Tuesday, when I go back to work, and get back with you. I believe some have said they found reception to be a bit lacking with the shorter antennas, but this may have to do with where you're located while listening.

looks good! You may want to put the bolts back in the holes of the missing tie-down so you don't get salt and junk in the threads and inside the tailgate. Just a suggestion

You know what, I hadn't even thought about that! That's a great suggestion! I'll put the 2 bolts back in!

I bought it off of Amazon per the recommendation of other members. It went on relatively easy. They have lots of color accents to choose from! Feels great!
