Tip for frozen stereo display screen

Have not seen this posted here before, and I saw this on a youtube video where a guys carplay froze up. I had to use this method last night when my music wouldnt play thru phone for some reason, better than having to stop and turn off and on the truck

Press the power button (on the volume knob) and the skip forward button together for 5 seconds and it does a soft reset.

With the issues the system is having i thought this might help people. Hopefully updates fix the glitches soon

I got in my truck yesterday and the screen was blank... I could hear the radio playing though. I tried plugging in my phone (Android) and still blank. I shift into reverse and the screen turned on with the camera view. When I went back to drive... the screen was working.
