Tint after Window Deflector Install

Hi everyone, I installed the Ford low profile window deflectors a couple weeks back and now I’m thinking about getting a tint on all four of my windows.

It dawned on me that having the deflectors on may interfere with installing the tint. Can anyone confirm? Really don’t want to go through the hassle of removing and reinstalling the deflectors.

The tint shop can probably give you all the info you need.

No it will not interfere, as the defectors are installed on the outside and tint is installed on the inside. Even the in channels will not interfere.

The rear windows are already tinted 1,000,000%.

Even though the tint in the glass as equipped does nothing to battle UV rays, the tint I added does have a UV blocker as part of the film. I will be going back just to add a clear UV blocker on the back windows!

Ha... my back windows "factory tint" was dark enough for me, so I tinted over them with 20%. Tinted the fronts with 20% and had an eyebrow added to the front at 20%...


Helps keeps perverts from eyeball screwing me while I drive, and helps make it harder for those with sticky fingers from seeing inside when parked. Plus it is legal here in Indiana and thus legal in all 50 states because it meets the laws in Indiana.
