Dealer is the one that did the work, so they're certainly to blame. But I paid Ford for a safe vehicle, they failed to deliver, and then they failed to deliver again when they paid the dealer for shoddy work.I would place the blame on the dealer, not Ford. However, I certainly understood why you will not buy another Ford...
And again when I called them and they ignored me time after time. That's 20-25 calls over months...to have so little care about a customer's safety when there's clearly something wrong just rubs me the wrong way.
Could have happened with another brand, too, I bet. Just my luck.
