So no one seems to want to post the sizes for the tailgate lettering, but I will....

M - 101mm x 41mm
A - 102mm x 41mm
V - 101mm x 41mm
E - 80mm x 41mm
R - 81mm x 41mm
I - 17mm x 41mm
C - 78mm x 41mm
K - 85mm x 41mm

Also --- here is the file for those of you who have, or know someone with a Cricut. The entire file if imported should be adjusted to 16.25cm Wide and 18.25cm High.

Yes, 41mm. 41mm is 1.614”. That’s what is printed in the picture I posted.
41mm is the “flat” part of the letters.

I agree, I measured like 6 times. I can print the whole thing on less than an 6.5" x 7.5" sheet of vinyl....

There is no doubt they are cheap to just buy, but if you have a Cricut they now cost less than $.50

I bought the chrome set that Ford sells, but just looking at them they seem cheaply made. I ordered a second set on Amazon for $27 that I have not yet had a chance to open the box and compare to the Ford set. Anyone else have an opinion on the set available through Ford?

I plan to get the ceramic coating, but now I've read conflicting statements regarding whether to apply them before or after getting the ceramic coating. Anyone with expertise to settle this for me?

The dealership accidentally added ceramic coating to my Maverick. Which I’m totally cool with. I put lettering on from Amazon ($20) and they haven’t fallen off yet. It’s only been 2 weeks though
