WD-40/Lubricant to soak the rubber exhaust isolators for easy exhaust removal

Non dual tip systems install exactly the same. For single tip systems you will skip the two steps of passenger side hanger installation and passenger tail pipe placement.

Step up the "Fun Factor" of your 2.0L Ford Maverick pickup with a customized premium exhaust system handcrafted in the USA. MRT exhaust systems give your versatile small pickup an aftermarket MRT exhaust that elevates the sound presence, improves the performance and helps your Maverick produce the right sound, with the right presentation for an exciting driving experience. Plus - you replace the factory turn down tips with polished chrome or black matte 3.5" beveled edge tips to dress things up a bit.

Finally, “dual“ exhaust. Nice!
Do you have more sound clips?
How much does it interfere with the spare tire?
Wonder if there was a reason for picking that tip separation, versus going wider?

First video is interior/exterior sound clips
Second Video is a ride along with our head engineer

This system does fit with the spare. As for the tip presentation, our engineering team felt like a super wide dual tip presentation did not aesthetically pleasing. We also wanted to reuse the factory exhaust hanger locations as well.

Does not allow the removal of full sized spare. My exhaust was shipped 5/2024 had to add an 15mm deep socket to tire tools needed so If need be I can loosen the drivers tailpipe. Wish they had moved the tips out more to address this. sound 5/5 fit 2/5 would also like to see the front mount used its a small bit a steel would make installation easier as well as take some load off that flex pipe at the front.
