Stock XLT rims with continental tires. How much is reasonable price?

Offer up has some takeoffs available. Certainly better than what will come on my XL.

What would be a good price for the set of 4?

I've been monitoring and the 17x7 wheels themselves are selling for about $700 shipped on ebay. I think $700 is a fair target price for the package, $100 each for the wheels themselves and then $75 each for the tires.

I have been watching for a set around East Tennessee and most of them for sale seem to be around $700 on this forum.
