I just picked up my 2025 Maverick on Friday and the 2 key fobs they gave me had stickers on the back with a QR code and some serial numbers, and they also both had a paper tag with a barcode and serial number. Are these anything I need to keep? I took the sticker off and put it on the back of the paper tag and put it with my paperwork but I couldn't find any info anywhere about what these are?

Yeah, the alphanumeric code on the QR sticker is needed in case you want to order new fobs. If you google that string of characters and numbers, you will most likely see there are zero exact matches, but lots that are "close" and for other Ford vehicles. They just don't have the ones for our trucks yet on the random reseller sites. So at the very least take a photo of that QR code sticker so you have the information for later. The same code is printed in TINY text inside the FOB if you take the key blade out. So if you do toss those stickers, you can still get the code, but it is a lot harder to read.

The paper tag with barcode is your key code. Actually a lot more important to keep. If you need a random locksmith or other non-dealer person to program new keys for you, that code is needed for them to do it. It is like a password for your keys.
