Zero wait time. Spoke with Brittany and she was wonderfully helpful. My XL Hybrid was scheduled for week of 11/13. The website update of 11/17 still showed “in production”. Brittany checked and her info says “built” and an expected delivery date of 12/11-12/17. She also gave me my private offer certificate number since I’m a 23-24 rollover, plus a certificate number for the $500 Farm Bureau discount. Great experience with Ford Customer Service!
