Soft Rollup Tonneau Leaks, Any Suggestions?

I bought the Access LiteRider soft rollup tonneau cover from RHR Swag, and I really like it. However, after washing the truck today it definitely leaks, (which I kinda figured it would.) I'm just wondering if anyone has used weather striping or some kind of sealant to help keep water out. I don't plan to ever remove the cover entirely, so a silicone sealant would probably be fine for me, but I'm just looking for feedback before I do any of that.

I don't expect it to be water-tight, I'm just trying to minimize leakage as much as possible.
